Love the retro sound. The drums, the bass groove.
Some would say it goes on for too long... but I was listening as I worked.
I really do like that snare, sounds like smashed tape recording with lots of 200 hz?

The snare is from Cubase's GrooveAgent SE content. I think it's a slice of white noise. I did boost the low-mids, but also used some hefty low-passing, too.
As for the length - well, it was originally at a much faster tempo, around the 125 bpm mark. I accidentally turned off the tempo track( ), and the bpm dropped to 90-something. I upped it to the 99 bpm it is now. Otherwise the track would have been only 8 mins.
