Like the last song i posted, this is not a new song...
Wopelka (again !! :-o :D) wrote me some beautifull weird lyrics.
The only stuff that remained from the old version is the acoustic guitare.

:arrow:La disparition

All feedbacks are very welcome concerning every thing... :D

As always the mood of your tunes embraces my ears with a warm and familiar mood. Vocals are just cool, and since my French sucks all I can comment on is how they come across: like listening to a best friend :D

Some beautiful violins happening here, and the timid but lively percussion works like a charm.

Oh wow, me likes....another great song.

I like bleeding world too.

Post

where's astrid? :-o

i desesperately need to get out for my day job but i'd like to say first: this is a very very nice version.

more comments later, cheers :)

Thanks a lot Mystahr.... Nice feedbacks.... Very nice compliments you wrote...

Mr.Me, thanks for the feedback.
I know you liked Bleeding world... I assume you realised this is the same song....

Wopelka, yes Astrid....
For the moment she does not want to sing. :( But she promised we'll find a day she'll sing all the part i want.
I'm glad you like this version. These lyrics are beautifull... Thanks again.

Wow.
Damn near brought a tear to my eye :-o - very sensitively mixed, I thought.
tell me about the drums and strings - were they programmed or live?

Post

Thanks a lot Matt... I'm glad about the "almost" tear....
Drums and strings are of course programmed... But if you ask the question it means they work good.... :D
Drums : http://www.natural-studio.co.uk/ ns_kit 7 in linplug RM3.
Strings: Violins and Cello from kirk hunter in SFZ+.
Bass: fretless bass from sonic synth.

These are huge libraries, you'll need a new computer to use them

Post

Cheeky !
True 'nuff though...!
I'll be in touch with you about that one...

the singing excellent
the strings more real than real

Wopelka... WOW... Big fish...

Anyway thanks....

Merci beaucoup jim for the feedback... :D

Post

Thank you very much for this. :D

Tugged at my heart-strings so it did.

Great song- even if I can't understand the lyrics.
Really nice percussion in there - and those strings!... so emotional.

Just - - - - beautiful.

A keeper. (actually, when it comes to your tunes, I really should say another keeper  .)

Post

Thanks a lot Glassback.... :D
I'm very happy drums and strings work. This is the kind of thing you are not sure before somebody say it.
Thanks for this feedback, much appreciated.

Sadly I have to admit I don't speak french at all. So lyrics are total mystery to me.

For some reason I'm not sure about the drums.. I was hoping for a brush set. But then again it's something that holds my attention.

I certainly can hear a person in the song and I miss the presence when the song ends :(. I have to second Mystahr's comment..

Now pressing play for the fifth time..
[ When chickens are cold, they roost in trees; when ducks are cold, they plunge into water ]
