I’ve listened through this whole track and I can only conclude to question our mental health. Mine for listening to it and yours for making this. This absolutely insane! :D How much time did you spend / wasted on this!?! :o The various part sound very coherent and flow very nicely into each other and I can only imagine the painstaking effort you have put into finding a nice piece and fitting it with the next and mixing it all up! Throwing effects over it and processing it some more! Really a bizarre & interesting mix of things it became. I liked some parts more than others but overall it showed skill & craftmanship. Didn’t recognise to much of the things but some I did (New Order rocks!) 8) . An a whole it reminds me of those old cassette tapes that featured similar compilations.

Anyway I could either say this a total waste of time & effort or I could say, ey this is pretty cool 8) & funny… Though it probably a bit of both… :?:
 :) :? 8) :P

Only half way yet, but boy......

This must have been quite some work getting all these tunes together. I love how you used most all kinds of music from the 60's up to now. Constant tempo changes and flawless mixing. I'll definately put this on much more

How much time did go into this?

Thanks for sharing this man :D

and welcome to KvR :)

wow - I love this. I'm only about 8 minutes through it...I gotta go, I'll have to listen to the rest of it later...really great. This is definitely marketable...but how long would it take you to clear all those samples?!?

Some great moments...some humorous moments...never gets boring!

I rarely stop by the Music Cafe forum, but I saw the thread title on the right side of the KvR screen, and I thought...42 minutes of confusion? I have that all the time anyway...I may as well have some music to go along with it.

great work.

yeah it's great! very slick! Worth the three and half hours it took to download via dial-up... :o

I notice on your site that the mp3 is zipped up with artwork. How can I get the artwork without downloading the whole thing again? :help:

Brilliant!

By chance I found the new album by People Like Us on the web today (Abridged Too Far), which in a surreal way is similar to this. Well worth a listen as well.

oooh...
what's that house song used at 30:10?

"love can't be criticised... yeah
music's hyponotising...
everybodies tempratures rising
so get down..."

cause I used that in a song an age ago... and never knew where the sample came from...
