I just caught the Dave Matthews Band (my first time...geez, a virgin) on the Vote for Change concert on Sundance. That last piece they did was so incredible! So sophisticated! I want to study it! All I remember about it (that I can articulate, anyway) was a piece of the tail-end refrain: "I drink too much. I want too much." I think. I was so busy being blown away by the modulations, I'm not sure....
Somebody please tell me where I can get this song. What's the title? What album? What's the best album(s?) to start with in exploring this band? I've seen their bumper stickers all over Athens (R.E.M. city, where I've lived and live close to now), but I've never heard them before. Can't believe it. Wow. I'm just blown away.

BTW, I've been almost totally out of commission for the last year. We crashed. We burned. We moved. I started a garden. I got into hypertufa. Now that the weather is cooler and I don't have this noisy air conditioner thing going, I really do want to get back into music! I've missed everyone here at K-v-R....
