[EDIT]I've fianlly got something I'm pretty happy with.
It's been an interesting journey of losing the mix, getting it back, losing it again - but now I think I've got it, by jingo!
Hope you agree. [/EDIT]
Laguna Breeze 8.59mb @ 256kbps
Laguna Breeze lofi version 3.7mb @ 112kbps
Sun, sand, palm trees...
What? In Manchester? I wish.

Yup, I think this is a positive, happy tune.
Unlike it's sister tune "Dark" aka Species, which is deep and dark and just the opposite to this.
So, it reminds you of finishing the plastering, eh?
I can honestly say that's the oddest thing anybody's ever said about one of my tunes!
Just an aside - I think the section that starts at about 3.15 sounds a bit like Lemonjelly. That wasn't intentional, but when I sat back and listened, I thought "Bloody Hell - that sounds just like Lemonjelly, that does!"
Maybe people will disagree with that, but it does to me.

Cool track, Mick. Still remembering Quim's Bar, hem?
Eventually something intelligent will appear written here. Watch this space.

This is appropriately named, especially considering it's 'dark' counterpoint. I like that interlude from around 1:40 to 2:10. A sunny tune all the way around. tbh, I resisted listening to it at first because I was depressed and tend to listen to music that is as depressed as I am at the time.(hence, I went for your 'dark' tune first) although in retrospect, something like this should be enough to knock anyone out of their down mood.

I know what you mean though, about music to suit the mood.
Thanks Gary, really glad you like this one!
