Mix and Dry Sample...Advice..?

first off, the dry sample(no effects,nothing), i was wondering if u could give me some pointers on wut i should do to level it out(highs,mids,lows) and wut effects would go good wit it..
and basically jus askin how the Mixed down sample sounds...thanks for the help
