Damn, that koto ruptured my eardrums. The song could do with a little tightening. That tom is loud and strangely off beat. Your voice is all over the room. You've got a nice voice. Maybe you shouldn't delay it so much it.

The treated voice sounds strange - maybe use a little less delay?
I like the weird percussion on a second listen.
Nice pop tune with big fun feel. I don't like the fade out outro though.
