Music with dinner is an insult both to the cook and the violinist.

Absolutely wonderfull! You nailed the feel you were after. Great bassline! One of the best tunes I've heard here.

mystahr replying to your PM I hadn't read your description about the track. I'm very touched.
If there's hippy music for next month I promise to do a cover of Stephen Still's 4+20.

Interesting.. Cheers for the review Freeztar... Funny, last months entry was criticised for being too loud... By boomboom do you mean the drums? It's funny because I initially used a breaksier beat but it didn't seem to groove so well with the bass as the rather monotonous house beat I replaced it with. Perhaps I could have thickened the whole sound up a bit with some filtering etc? Or maybe the actual bass content was lacking? I'm curious because listening to the entries this month I thought mine maybe sounded a little washed out somehow, but in what way I'm not sure... Allow me to interrupt...
I'm sorry I didn't finnish my reviews. My computer went nuts and I only had it fixed recently. I had time to vote, though, and I left some small comments to the entries I listed.
Ok, carry on now

I'm new to the forums here but enjoying them immensely, so thanks to those responsible. I have missed the vote;
but from listening to several (not many) of the entries I was particularly tickled (trying saying that after .5 bottle of absynth) by Barnadine's entry, very Jacques Brel to these ears...
Also The Electric Minuet Tango thing (sorry, - not quite right title-wise) -was reminded of 'Renaldo and the Loaf', maybe that's just me...inspirational
