Love My Way

This is a cover one of my favorite 80's tunes. Now I don't claim to be a singer, but I don't have anyone else to do it, so I tried.

I love this tune too! Nice version, like it. What instruments / effects are you using? Is that a real bass / guitar?

The guitar is real, its an acoustic ran through the Gsuite Fender twin plug and double tracked. The xylophone is from a soundfont layered with a marimba sample. The bass is from an Ensoniq ESQ1 synth and the rest of the synth parts are from a Roland MKS-70 and Kawai K4. All FX are freeware, I used alot of the Paris EQ, Blockfish, Buzz Compressors, and SIR for just a tad of reverb.

I love the original too and found this a little weak in comparison but a nice try tho'...........

I don't know the original but it does sound a lot like the furs, even the vocals. Just as well it's not so taxing to sing seeing as you say you're no singer (I'm no singer either but I think I could manage to carry that tune)
