i got all valhalla products (i think? ) and wanted to nail those reverbsettings, can someone maybe give me some tips how to set up a Reverb (i think vintage reverb would fit great instead of room?) for this?
Toms 0:17 mins, Snares at 0:55 mins.

A lot of it depends on how the original snare sounds before the reverb. That sounds pretty plate-like to me. Bright and dense. I didn't take much time ABing but you might get close with the Ambiance setting as well.

Try this in VRoom for the snare sound. I bet the real version used in the song is actually gated, but you wanted a preset. You'll need to EQ this, cut out some lows.
<ValhallaRoom pluginVersion="1.0.9" presetName="Default" mix="1" predelay="0.0055999998" decay="0.00970970932" HighCut="1" earlyLateMix="0.26699999" lateSize="0.5" lateCross="1" lateModRate="0.0909090936" lateModDepth="0.5" RTBassMultiply="0.206666663" RTXover="0.0909090936" RTHighMultiply="0.444444478" RTHighXover="0.530201316" earlySize="0.0977977961" earlyCross="0.100000001" earlyModRate="0.0909090936" earlyModDepth="0" earlySend="0" diffusion="1" type="0.25"/>
Try this in VVV to see if it's close to the tom sound... It's very plate sounding still. Bright plate. <ValhallaVintageVerb pluginVersion="1.0.1" presetName="Tight Plate" Mix="1" PreDelay="0.185478449" Decay="0.358999997" Size="0.349999994" Attack="0.100000001" BassMult="0.455000013" BassXover="0.59047401" HighShelf="0.815999985" HighFreq="0.800000012" EarlyDiffusion="1" LateDiffusion="1" ModRate="0.111111119" ModDepth="0.192000002" HighCut="1" LowCut="0.112000003" ColorMode="1" ReverbMode="0.0833333358"/>
<ValhallaRoom pluginVersion="1.0.9" presetName="Default" mix="1" predelay="0.0055999998" decay="0.00970970932" HighCut="1" earlyLateMix="0.26699999" lateSize="0.5" lateCross="1" lateModRate="0.0909090936" lateModDepth="0.5" RTBassMultiply="0.206666663" RTXover="0.0909090936" RTHighMultiply="0.444444478" RTHighXover="0.530201316" earlySize="0.0977977961" earlyCross="0.100000001" earlyModRate="0.0909090936" earlyModDepth="0" earlySend="0" diffusion="1" type="0.25"/>

Hi Caine 123. This is one of the coolest features in Valhalla products. The ability to easily share presets.Caine123 wrote:thanks soooo much, i never used new preset settings in valhalla products, can you tell me how to use the settings you posted and save as a preset maybe?
Copy everything that is red by . Open Vroom and click on the preset name. from the pop up menu select paste from clipboard and the preset will be pasted into Vroom!
