No, that's just nice (like every other conceivable reverb on the planet, that is used by engineers).
Its a pity people don't listen to what's REALLY cool :
"I twiddle knobs until it sounds right"....
"I basically Hi and Low Pass the reverb".... (in regards to "achieving organic reverb sound")
and elsewhere, from Michael Brauer : "I sometimes use DEALY as a reverb..."
The tools can only "show us the door".... it is US that have to walk through it
Professional technicians are assessed by the abilities they possess.
Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.
