UberMod and FreqEcho not loading, Win 10

I just rebuilt my laptop with Windows 10 and loaded all the Valhalla plugs. Most of them work fine (Room, Shimmer, VVV, Plate, VSM), but oddly FreqEcho and UberMod don't load, or have been 'failed' by the DAW plugin scan. I installed them on my other Windows 10 laptop, and they work fine there.

I think I have the latest versions:
FreqEcho v1.0.5
UberMod v1.0.2

I suspect I need some library, anyone now which one, or what else it might be? I re-downloaded the plugs and that didn't help.

And found it. For anyone else who hits this, they needed Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable.
