midiOut question

I stumbled across the midiOut plugin recently and found it very useful in combination with a program called Notion3. Notion3 uses rewire for syncing to other DAWs, but the results aren't always accurate enough for film music. Anyway, I've been using midiOut's MTC feature to sync Notion to Reaper (my DAW of choice) with some nice results, but I have noticed that there seems to be some issues when Notion changes tempo. Reaper seems to jump backwards a few measures when the song changes to a faster tempo (jumps forward when the song changes to a slower tempo).

I was just curious if anyone was aware of the problem. I honestly don't where the flaw in the system is; the issue could very well be with Notion or Reaper, but I thought I'd check the forum first as you all have more experience with the plugin than any Reaper or Notion users that I know.
