i love it, but it's so quiet. even with nothing else in the mix, I have to turn my channel all the way up just to hear it. some kits are worse than others.

What is the master volume set to? It is the dB value at the top of the UI next to the meter.

i'm so sorry; i got busy and forgot to get back to you. apparently the volume defaults at -3.6, so I just cranked it up a bit and it works fine.

just out of curiosity: why -3.6 and not zero?
