Yep, an AGC update sounds good (and will sound good, I'm sure). And a generic SM4 engine is a great idea, whichever product it appears in (or in both?)

I also must say that your loyalty to Kontakt 4 is to be commended. Not everyone is upgrading to every major version of Kontakt.
