I have a mid 2012 non retina MBP and use Win7 in bootcamp.
After optimizing what I could (which really isn't that much) the DPC latency I get is in the 50-150 μs range, with rare peaks of 300 μs. The main culprit is the NVidia driver, disabling it improves the reported latency, but then I can't use my external monitor and it becomes more sensitive to GUI things like moving windows, scrolling etc.
So I'm pretty disappointed with that and don't think I can do anything about it.

With new MBP's having latest Intel CPUs with good enough video support built in to not need to use dedicated NVidia card and with PCIe SSD (less latency than SATA), does this translate to noticeably better performance both in synthetic DPC measurement and real word performance ?

Kill the Boot Camp system tray thing and watch your DPC latency drop
