I get this on my computer when i try to unzip my download
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file" error when you try to install, update or start a program or file
I try my Best but find it quite complex
Windows 7 installtion error when trying to open zip files

So you are not starting a "setup.exe" within a zip archive?
It looks really similar while looking inside an archive, and inside a folder where everything is unpacked.
But all files are not available untll you actually unpack it all.
So you do "unpack all files" or what it says?
The convenient checking "show files in folder" after it did that.
If not this above, what kind of anti-virus software are you using?
If that is really strict, is does not allow unzipping in some cases.
