GD-6 Acoustic Guitar Library Strum Pattern length paremeter does not function properly

Hi, on the GD-6 Acoustic Guitar. It seems like the length function doesn't work in the pattern builder. It gets really weird results when you make the length shorter than 16, or any number that is not divisible by 16 for that matter. I want to make a pattern in 3/4 and 6/8 time.

I currently have the length of my pattern set at 12, but the pattern is restarting every 9 steps in the sequence editor guitar neck thing.

Why is the length parameter functioning so weird?

And how do I build a pattern that is not in 4/4 time?

I know this is five years old, but has there been any response and/or resolution to this? I just sent in a support ticket myself on this issue, but wanted to see if anybody out there in the world knows anything further. I write a lot of tunes in 12/8 and I've GOT to have that kind of pattern generation or the library is useless.
