I have a SERIOUS playback issue in patterns mode.
I recorded it on a video, as it is easier to understand.
In short: Every "first" bar pattern is SILENT or a random mute note.

Hi, xanthos. This is a bug. I reported it a couple of months ago when I first stumbled upon it in Reaper and as of now it is fixed in the host. But I see you are using Studio One so I would advise you to contact AcousticSamples support. Just log into your user account at acousticsamples.net and submit a ticket explaining/showing them the bug (you could simply copy/paste what you wrote here). They will take it from there. While at acousticsamples.net please check if you are using the latest version of the library. They updated it this month.
Also, there's a temporary workaround for the issue - move the notes that trigger strums/picking/patterns a little late (to the right). It should play fine then.

The reaper issue with transport start/stop is fixed in UVIWorkstation 2.5.16 AFAIK.

Yes, that's what I said. Everything works fine in Reaper now. 
But xanthos uses Studio One and as his video shows the bug is there. I, besides Reaper, use FL Studio 12 and the bug is present there in Chords mode when plucking single strings. The strumming seems to be fine.
