Telematic v3 crashing Ableton Live 8.2.2

When trying to load Telematic into UVI Workstation inside Live, the load hangs about 50% of the time. When it does load it works well until I try to save the Live set. That works every once and a while, but typically Live crashes with a "serious program error". After that trying to load the Live project file fails with the same error.

When Telematic loads, it works fine. It seems it has something to do with writing the VST parameters. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to discover anything more.

This was a recent purchase for me, and for a while it seemed to be working like any other VST. Then all of sudden it started exhibiting this behavior. Maybe some file got corrupted?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
