I just downloaded the free version and when I tap on the menu tab it just open a blank window, without settings, nothing. I tried several uninstall and reboot, no changes.

Just submitted a ticket to IK support.

It sounds like there is no internet connection. It does use the internet to get the most up to date info. If it still doesn't work support is definitely the best way to go.
