In total it features 46 authentic amp channels, 40 effects, 8-Track Recording System, Phrase Sampler, iTunes Time-Stretching Player, Tuner and Metronome.

Bass pack II kicks butt. The fuzz pedals alone make it worth it (and are included although not listed). And the octabass pedal? Wow.

That Bass 360 is great, but will the cab catch on fire onstage? Because that was a great feature on the original.

Seems like all the new 'features' are in-app purchases?

Is there a fix yet for upgrade-to-xt-PRO failures?
In-app purchases of ANY kind are off the table while that issue remains unresolved.

Besides the new Metal Pack, Bass Pack and pitch shifter (via in-app purchase), the update includes (free): Live-View control page, double preset slots, new designed ToneSharing and new metronome.
