hi,
can someone give me some advice for an app ?
it should support android 4.1.1 and export midi
i know FL studio but is there any other ?

How about G-Stomper Beat Studio?
It does not export midi, but it's definitely worth to look at;)

Not sure what kind of app your looking for but Tractivate exports MIDI:

Edit: can't get the link to work but you can find it easily enough by searching Google Play for Tractivate (there's also a demo version).
