Hi, Attila!
My DAW Digital performer on MAC does not see plugin RTs.vst (((
RC.vst as a 64-bit plug-in is not supported yet?

Hi lulukom,

no, sorry the 64-bit plug-in is not available on OS X. The reason is that the user interface uses a different API (Cocoa vs Carbon) for 32-bit and 64-bit plug-ins, and some extra work is needed to make it usable.
I will do my best to implement it for the next major update, v2.6.

Hi Attila, you are doing a marvellous job with RC , but please please please, let it be true that RC 2.6 contains a 64 bit VST version for mac.

It's the only non 64 bit plugin at the moment that i am really begging for.

I am on Cubase 7.5.1 - mac, 64 bit.

Hi Robbie,

the implementation is really close now... v2.6 won't be released without the 64-bit plug-in. Sorry for the delay but VST programming is a nightmare on OS X because of having to implement a different user interface for 32-bit and 64-bit.

Great news Attila.
Please make sure before you release it that the 64 bit vst plugin will still load and work in Digital Performer 8 (as the 32 bit plugin in v2.56b12 does now) under OS 10.6.8.

Looking forward to popping the champagne corks and toasting Atilla when I can run RC as a 64 bit plugin in DP!!!

The 64-bit VST plug-in is available now. If you own the full version, you can download the latest beta version, or if you'd like I will build the latest LE version too.
The beta download link is the original download link (please do not post it publicly) with 'beta' appended before the dot, so that it ends with "...beta.php"

I hope it will work well for everybody. Please send me e-mail if there are issues.

Will we see the better resolution for retina mac users in 2.6? I still use the program, but sometimes I feel like scratching my eyes out (blurry)

Also, how do we access the beta versions? I know I'm missing something simple...
