Similarly, I was musing about an RC generator that could generate 4-part harmony with selectable voice leading rules (e.g. no parallel octaves; no parallel fifths; etc). Something akin to the capabilities of HarmonyBuilder.pinki wrote:Does RC have any rules to avoid parallel octaves/fifths between phrases?

Yes, I have Harmony Builder and I like it a lot. It is the only program that I know of that does 4-part Bach chorale harmony...amazing. But seems not as far-reaching as RC. If the two were combined it would be wonderful......
