the new mute and solo system is a bit confusing to me. sometimes when track inspector is open, the solo and mute button is show enable but on left side track show not enable

I have the idea, maybe other find usefull too, and if not too much work to add, that several track mute/solo store slots store. so can set what tracks should mute and which should play or solo and this can store. so it is possible to have diffrent mixes of songs and can choose the tracks that play when select the slot. for example on button 1 a user press store when track 2, 4, 5 is mute. track 3, 6, 7 is play. on button 2 is store that track 3, 6, is mute and track 5,7 is play. 6 buttons for save of track play mute state is enough i think.

Hi Attila!
I have always played bass on channel 2 MIDI ...
I create and save my template for my bass ...
But when I again create a new track for the bass from the template, I get a new track is automatically set MIDI track (but not my MIDI channel 2) (((. Is it possible to make the template is saved and the number of MIDI channel?

i seem to have a bug which appeared in Beta 11 and now is also present in Beta 12. i used to be able to just select a region on the timeline and drag a progression from the browser and drop it on the timeline. but now it doesn't work at all. have i missed something? could someone tell me if this a setting i've missed or a bug? i am on Win7 32 ( i have not tried it on my Win7 64 machine).

I have tried dropping a chord progression on timeline selection and it worked (on Windows and OS X).
I wonder if it works for others.

(In the meantime I have tried the 32-bit v3.1b12 version on Windows 7 x64, same result. I have no 32-bit Win7 unfortunately)

i can confirm what lulukom says,
tried with GM mode saved with Patches + Midi channels ...
Saving / loading GM patches is fine but Midi Channel data seems not stored in the Track Templates.

The midi channel is set automatically when a track template is added, so that it does not interfere with existing tracks.
Now I see this is not what you expect, so it will be remedied in the next beta version.

in this case both has + and -
but i think storing Midi Channels has a little bit more +

...
new one and it seems to relevant to this subject...
new project add two Midi Channel
define the midi channels
for example ch1 and ch5
change the instruments patch in the second channel (ch5)
midi channel adapting itself to next empty midi channel so the ch2
