"...you have tried to load the 64-bit Hybrid plug-in into the 32-bit RapidComposer."
No. I did run the 32 bit, just to confirm the install last night.
All of the test/today's activities are using 64 bit.
I thought the message was single vs multi VST type since that was the result in the Track instrument selectors... (Noted by the 'impossible' in the text file)

I noted that the RapidComposer window title did not include "(x64)" so you were running the 32-bit version. The .dll in error is called "Hybrid_x64.dll" which is the 64-bit version.
To avoid confusion it is best to use either the 32-bit RapidComposer with 32-bit plug-ins, or the 64-bit RapidComposer with 64-bit plug-ins.
If you ever see the error message "Wrong architecture..." you will know you have tried to load a 64-bit plug-in into the 32-bit application, or vice versa.

Back again later
Verified the desktop icon I am using references
"C:\Program Files\RapidComposer V3 (x64)\RapidComposer_x64.exe"

EDIT:
Wait a minute! Think I know the problem...

The text file presents a test sequence performed in the 64 bit version
UNTIL
It gets to the point of trying to revert to the backup.

At that point (of double click) the file association for ".rcCOMP" files was for the 32 bit version!
YES! Win7 at its finest! :x

I did not note the Window banner, so thanks for the prompt def and evidence! :tu:
Have corrected the file association. Will look now...

Would still abandon the test compo...

Went back to examine state change in the backups.
Hope this will help resolve.

You are perfectly right! :tu:
There were annoying issues with the handling of non-multitimbral plug-ins.
I think I managed to fix all problems, I'll do more testing before sending you an update.
Thanks for reporting these bugs!!!
