Is there anyway to make the midi notes play a vibrato or bend without the modwheel? Say maybe a unique velocity for it?

You can use the pitch wheel to manually bend the notes. Otherwise, we use the modwheel as there is usually a continuous spectrum between no vibrato vs. full vibrato. You could potentially use some kind of MIDI plugins perhaps to re-map MIDI CC 1 to something else, but as of now there are no plans to assign vibrato to velocity due to its continuous nature.

Any midi plugin you would recommend that would remap that? (Using Reaper as my DAW)
