Impact Soundworks is pleased to share our latest instrument, SONIC OCEAN. Using the same underlying engine as our beloved Sonic Forest library, Sonic Ocean offers a new pool of 24 evocative, water-inspired sound sources. This is a wonderful tool for atmospheric textures, underscore, New Age and ambient music and similar genres.
As with Sonic Forest, Sonic Ocean allows you to seamlessly switch between and layer any of the evocative and inspiring sound sources - this time, created from acoustic, synthesized, and ambient sound sources recorded on two continents. These sources include mallet and picked instruments, physically-modeled drums, atonal textures, intricate morphed plucks and more.
Any sound can be fed into the granular engine to create a granular "ocean" that morphs and evolves endlessly. With intuitive knobs like Freeze, Submerge, Surface, and Current, you can easily adjust the granular synthesis texture to create custom sounds even if you've never used this synthesis type before!

Also like Sonic Forest, we are donating a portion of every sale to a well-deserving organization. 20% of your purchase will be donated to Clean Water Fund, a highly transparent and effective organization that supports and advocates for our precious water supplies through education, outreach, and policy.
