Shreddage 2 Serial Does not work with Native Access

When I try to activate Shreddage 2 it tells me it is already activated. I have contacted Impact Soundworks support and no one has gotten back to me yet. I'm at a loss right now because I really just wanted to play with this. I need some help. I feel like I was given someone else's serial number.
