Can we use beta for commercial music?

I just played around with this synth and I must say I am very impressed!

Seeing as how I've seen a planned price but no way to buy this synth, are we ok to use the synth in commercial music?

I ask because the beta is currently free and if there is a planned price for it, it does raise the question if I can or can't use it.
