is this MIDI Thru ok? he just wires the input wires 'thru' to a separate Din plug.

nb: the out sends midi clock/start/stop and acts as master.
saw a post where someone claimed to see midi cc activity in Logic from the
knobs - ? these aren't supposed to send CC are they?

mmmmwonder if korg put buffering in already?
seems logical to want thru on the volcas. out/thru would be ideal.
i definitely want MIDI out, as these sequencers can be quick and simple.
(s'pose i could just use my old phillip rees passive/line-powered mini
midi thru box for them)
