Activated but not activated!

Hi

I just bought my first Best service library Desert Winds

I activated/registered downloaded the library

I activated, downloaded and installed Engine

Engine wont recognize the library because it says it was not activated on this computer.

It will not recognize the codes emailed to me at purchase.

When I go back to the Best Service site it tells me it has already been registered.
