Windows 8.1 update deletes product activation/ ask for new registration

Hello,
Don't know who to contact
But I have a big problem with Best Service right now-
Just finished updating my Windows 8 system to Windows 8.1 and I couldn't work without registering my product once again - I am now over 2/3 activations in my client panel, which is unreal because I am using Era Medieval Legends on the same computer, only did a system update...
Who shall I contact to fix this?

i recommend you to contact us via support [at] bestservice.de. :)

This is an normal behavior, because you're doing a "big" update of your system. Bios updates, changing hardware etc. can also cause this.

Anyway it is no problem for you, just contact us and you're up an running soon! ;)
