Hey. I emailed support, but since I saw this, I figured I'd just ask here. sorry if that's inappropriate. I'm in the process of ordering a downloadable synth and when I check out, it's charging me for shipping. do you think I should just complete the order and ask for a refund on shipping or wait to hear back - ... hmmmm.
what do you guys think?

Hi Jeff,
that´s just an issue with the system. Downloadable software, of course, has no shipping cost. If you want to order now, just do so. The shipping costs will of course be refunded. (If not automatically please send us an e-mail at support [at] bestservice.de].
