If you can't log in to KVR, or you can log in but "autologin" doesn't seem to work, delete all KVR cookies by clicking this link: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/ucp.php?m ... te_cookies

It's also worth saying that if you've just registered or had a new password sent to you, you must activate the account / new password first by clicking the activation link in the confirmation email sent to your email address!

If you can't find it, check your spam / junk folder. If necessary search for email from themailbot@kvraudio.com. In GMail you may actually have to explicitly search for email "From" themailbot@kvraudio.com

If that doesn't work, you could try:
  • Log out (if you manage to get logged in but "autologin" won't work).
  • Manually clear any browser cookie related to kvraudio.com.
  • Clear your browser cache/temporary internet files.
  • Close your browser.
  • Launch browser and try again.
If this still doesn't work, in Firefox you can try this: Access your browsing history, find a kvraudio.com page, right click on it and choose "Forget About This Site". Close Firefox and then relaunch it and you should be OK.

Browser extensions such as ad blockers, privacy controls, etc. may well interfere with logins too.

If it still fails please contact us with details of your Browser, OS, ISP and any unusual settings you may have for cookies.

You can request a new password at ucp.php?mode=sendpassword

The email address that all automated communication from KVR Audio comes from is themailbot [AT] (kvraudio.com) so if you find you aren't receiving topic reply notifications, news notifications or the newsletter please make sure you have authorized that email address with any spam filter, firewall, block list, etc. that you use.

If you can log in using the Firefox Web browser, but after some time your login gets lost, see if one of these fixes works:

1) Log out from KVR. Open the Options dialog (from the program's main menu, choose Tools | Options) and look on the Security tab. In the Passwords section, click the Show Passwords button, then delete any mention of www.kvraudio.com in the list. Close the Options dialog and log into KVR.

2) If this doesn't fix the problem, you may have Firefox set to clear your login cookie when you close the browser. Go to the Options dialog and look on the Privacy tab. In the Private Data section, either uncheck the box labelled "Always clear private data when I close Firefox" or click the Settings button next to the checkbox to bring up a list of types of private data; uncheck Cookies in this list.

Other browsers may have similar functions. Look through your options or settings dialog(s) to find them.
