Can't upload a preset.

Good day.
For a long time I was itching to upload something to KVR and today I decided to go to Piano One page and to upload my default preset mod. However, it didn't work out: after warning me that I have to rar or zip my *.fxp file (which I did and tried both), upload form refused again, now saying that "An error occurred when adding the information to the database." All forms are filled. File name is piano_one-vospi_default.zip, file size is 472 bytes. Tried both Chrome and latest Nightly Firefox.
What's the problem? How can it be solved?
Thanks!

I love music, worked with a number of music/rhythm/dance games like Pump It Up, In The Groove, Cytus and Deemo, and teach music production.

Yeah, I tried to day to upload, a couple of times via Safari and once with Chrome (current versions) and I get the upload error.
It looks like the upload functionality is not working at all.

Thanks - I'll keep trying from time to time and hope it magically fixes itself...
