Anomaly XX - Wasteland for Izotope Iris 2 is now available.
Anomaly XX - Wasteland for Iris 2 consists of 80 stereo .wav files of original sounds and is 240 Mb. There are 80 presets for Iris 2.
The idea behind the presets for this was to use Iris to combine portions of the spectrum of each sound to create a new unique sound from the combination. For instance, using 1KHz and below from source 1, 2 KHz and above from source 2 and source three using anywhere between 5 Khz and 500 Hz.
That was the theory. The practice was to go with where I found the sounds themselves taking me.
The result is a full sound but made up of only some of the frequencies of three source sounds.
