I'd like to upgrade my circle bells from version one to two...but have not received an upgrade email...twice I've tried using your contact form on your Web page and received no answer

We're usually able to respond to contact form emails within the day, depending on staff workload, but you can always contact us directly at support@soundiron.com (the same address your download arrives from). It's possible that the contact form is having some kind of trouble. If so, contact us directly at support.
