Inconsistencies loading SFZ files

I noticed inconsistencies loading in a program slot a SFZ file as bank: it seems that ADSR is not picked-up from the file. Still not sure, I have to check in it better, but I've done a comparison between TX16Wx and SFZ.dll, and noticed this discrepancy. More, some samples are rendered louder than they were set in the SFZ file. I loaded the "sonatina symphonic orchestra", and the "salamander grand piano" as SFZ files to test (link: terzmagazin.de/terz/creative-commons-libraries).

Since TX16Wx have its own ADSR per group, I think it should set the knobs as defined into the SFZ file for each group.

ADSR is read ad respected, as well as individual volumes. The two instruments do have fundamentally different sound engines though, so don't expect things to sound 1<->1. Note also that being a SFZ player is hardly the prime purpose of this instrument.
