TX16 not seen by Magix Samplitude

Hello
I have Windows 8. Do I need any other program/file to use TX 16? I use Magix Samplitude. The .dll is in the Steinberg folder from installation. When I scan the Steinberg folder in Magix Samplitude toinstall it I get a mesage "Windows can't find the target." And Tx16 does not show up in the vst list. Can someone help me ?
