Recently downloaded the TX16Wx sampler/software. Both VST & AU
ProTools 10 instrument track does not have TX16Wx as an option.
I can not even find it to open it.
any feedback about what I may have done wrong or if there is something I still need to do after downloading it in order to be able to use it, Greatly appreciated.

There's no AAX or RTAS version of TX16Wx. Hence, you cannot run it with PT, you need a DAW which can load either VST or AU.
