I just experienced an issue using TX16w with Reaper.

I have a series of /16 notes placed on a note in the Piano Roll, when I click on the note key the volume spikes and auto-mutes the track in Reaper. When you unmute the track it shows that the volume peaked at +162db.

It seems to be related to the filter in TX16w, as when I disable it on the relevant group the issue doesn't happen. The issue also doesn't happen when you play the song in Reaper, only when you click on the key in the Piano Roll view.

I'm using:
- Reaper 5.11 (64 bit)
- Built in RealTek soundcard (WaveOut, 16bit/44.1)
- TX16w Pro 2.4.1, (32 bit, bridged)

First off; Why on earth are you using a 32-bit TX16Wx in 64-bit reaper? That is most likely the worst thing you can do for stability.
Second: Please send the samples+song+associated patch files so I can reproduce this.

I also often get such bursts. Can happen with certain filter settings/modulation: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 3&t=455989

@cut out: Might be fixed in 2.4.2 beta!
