BR: Filters on muted tracks still report CPU usage

When I mute a track, the plugins on that track continue to contribute to the CPU usage, even if I disable the plugins on the muted track.

There are several workarounds for this bug: (1) restart Tracktion after muting the track, (2) unmute the track, disable the plugin, then mute the track, (3) temporarily insert any new plugin into the muted track (and then delete the temporary plugin).

Mute the track:

Apply workaround #3 (Freeverb and Delay disappear from CPU Usage):

I'm using v5.2.4 32-bit built 19 March 2014 on Win XP.
