Using JACK FX under T5

Is it possible to add new JACK ports to T5 and then have specific tracks send or return to/from those tracks?

I'd like to use Guitarix and/or Rakarrack with T5 but the only way I can see to do that currently would be to solo the tracks you want to apply the FX to and record back in through the JACK system inputs which should work but it'd be better to be able to send tracks on a dedicated JACK output so I could apply the FX to specific tracks whilst playing back the rest of the track.
