Tracktion 5 Drag and Drop to IQ-Analyser

Hi,

i use the IQ-Analyser. The plugin has the feature that one can drop audio files from the DAW into the Analyser and get a static view of it.
This worked with Sonar X3 and S1 but not with Tracktion 5, is this an tracktion problem or a plugin problem?

Tracktion, mostly. Same with Vielklang. If you try to drag'n'drop a file to a plugin, the gui disappears.

Tracktion, mostly. Same with Vielklang. If you try to drag'n'drop a file to a plugin, the gui disappears.

The gui disappearing is probably just because you haven't pinned it so it loses focus when you select an audio clip.

However drag and drop of audio files from the browser or tracks into plugins (or from plugins like Edison) would be a FR, it's not really a bug, just a feature that is not available yet but one that has been asked for several times.

Go to www.tracktion.com , click the Support tab on the right hand side of the screen, get past the bit about it automatically answering your question, submit it there.
