T6 Plays Back, Stops, Resumes, Stops, Resumes, etc.
A friend of mine who upgraded to Win 10 reported this to me last night however I believe I heard of others describing this behavior a while back while using other OS.
Was it ever determined what causes this behavior?
All that I could think of to advise my friend was to suggest upping the buffer value in Settings since he is using no midi whatsoever and has zero latency monitoring thru his interface.
Thanks, in advance.

Try using the ASIO driver, as it may not have to compete with other Windows processes attaching themselves to the audio subsystem ?
Also, try running task manager in the background, and note system resources (memory/cpu/disk). I found a Dell printer driver (that didn't even work ! ) had been chewing up half my memory and much of the CPU resources.

His interface came with an ASIO driver, so I am going to alert him to your suggestion to see if anything else is robbing resources.
