Mac Image-Line plugins 'deactivated' in T7

For some reason almost all my Image-Line plugins have stopped working in T7 32 bit (all the Mac alphas basically including Sytrus, Harmor and Edison). I thought at first they had expired but this build wasn't supposed to expire and they are working fine in Bitwig and other hosts that support 32 bit plugins. I tried rescanning them but they all show up in the plugins list in red as 'deactivated'. I also tried dragging them onto the plugin window but that causes an endless spinning circle.
