Deal broken. The webpage tells you exactly what's in the bundle. Go to
https://www.tracktion.com/products/waveform
and click on Buy Now to see.

You're welcome.
Waverazor is - IMHO - very inspiring and original but crafted for a certain type of sounds, so you would definitely need another tools like instruments in Reason, Native Instruments plugins, Ableton Live internal instruments etc. These are expensive options but regarded as the industrial standards. But there is a lot of free plugins which let you create almost everything you need. Another option when comes to a sound design are tools like CSound or SuperCollider - specialized programming languages - also for free. Sorry if I'm writing here obvious things

WaveRazor is very interesting but very specific in the “type” of sound it creates IMHO. Very digital. BioTek is exceedingly deep and versatile, and Waveform has a lot of tools for sound design that are unique (e.g. efx clips, racks), a great modulation system, very flexible routing, etc. All of this contributes to sound design possibilities and workflow.
Make sure you aren’t letting your disappointment about WaveRazor cloud your judgment too much!
That said, Reason10 has a lot of content, and it’s patchable system approach can yield some wonderful results if you really dive into it. It’s performance with 3rd party VSTs leaves a lot to be desired. (It isn’t very CPU efficient.) But you can get a lot done.
If you are a student and you happen to be on a Mac, don’t overlook Logic. For the price, there is a lot of value.
