I am currently working on updating ClipShifter. I hope to have an update soon. So far, the main changes are:
- scaling the VU and waveform display to dB (just like PreAMPed and the latest Transector)
- knob control enhancements (finer scroll control and A->B comparison)
- oversampling with linear phase filters

The linear phase filters are a big pain in the neck. When I was working on it, I realized that I needed to rework a lot of things associated with the mix knob in order to ensure proper phase when mixing wet and dry. I am combining non-linear phase EQ filters, linear phase oversampling filters with latency, and it hurts my brain to figure it out. At this point though, I have most of the kinks worked out. The mix knob is not a true mix knob (there is some added phase components), but the important thing is it sums to a flat EQ response...just like you would expect.

Is there any other feature/suggestion for improvements to the next ClipShifter? This will be a minor update, but I am willing to entertain any suggestions (even if they are tabled for a bigger update). Thanks for your suggestions.
